Recently Awarded LEED-NC Project

We were just recently awarded a LEED-NC Silver Certification for the Barclays Center.

LEED-CI Gold Certified Projects

We have just completed our 6th LEED-CI Gold v2009 project!

The most recently LEED-CI Gold certified project is the Global Showroom, an office furniture showroom located on Park Avenue South in Manhattan NYC. The showroom includes the following sustainability features:

2. over 40% reduction in water usage
3. occupancy sensors for over 75% of connected lighting load
4. 100% ENERGY STAR appliances and equipment
5. furniture with high recycled content that is manufacturered within 500 miles of NYC
