The most recently LEED-CI Gold certified project is the Global Showroom, an office furniture showroom located on Park Avenue South in Manhattan NYC. The showroom includes the following sustainability features:
- over 40% reduction in water usage
- occupancy sensors for over 75% of connected lighting load
- 100% ENERGY STAR appliances and equipment
- furniture with high recycled content that is manufacturered within 500 miles of NYC
