Energy Efficiency Project Manager
e4, inc. provides high performance building and sustainability services to the commercial real estate market. We specialize in large, complex projects and hands-on, in-depth “green” project management and technical assistance. e4 has an immediate opening for a highly qualified individual (enthusiastic about sustainability) to spearhead our efforts in the existing building market.
Significant, hands-on experience in one of the following areas is required. Only resumes that clearly demonstrate this experience will be considered:
- ASHRAE Commercial Energy Audits
- Building Commissioning, Re-commissioning and Retro-commissioning
- Measurement & Verification planning and implementation
In addition, one or more of the following licenses/certifications is highly desired:
- Professional Engineer
- Certified Energy Manager
- Certified Energy Auditor
- LEED AP
As a project manager at e4, you will be working directly with property management teams to facilitate improved building performance across all facets of operations and maintenance, especially energy efficiency. In addition, responsibilities will likely include management and documentation under various green building certification programs.
